Thawdar Htwe is the country representative at association of ASEAN JAPAN Entrepreneurship Education (AAJEE). In 2007, she was awarded under Ayarwaddy Chauk Phaya Mekong Sub-Regional Program (ACMECS) and attended Global MBA at the University of Thai Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UTCC) in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2010, she was contributed at the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) for she was awarded with the scholarship. In 2012, she joined at the Foreign Company which is newly invested in Aqua sector and collaboration with Government Ministry for 3 years. She also contributed and share knowledge of her studies in oversea countries and recent business sectors movement at Center of Strategies and International studies (CSIS) MBA program for new learners. She is also working as the country representative for ASEAN Japan Entrepreneurship Association and Implementing BORN ASEAN project in Myanmar for Myanmar SMEs. In 2015, she worked as the general manager for electrical and Electronic Products Distribution Company as the new challenge in retail and distribution business. ဒေါ်သော်တာထွေးသည် Association ASEAN JAPAN Entrepreneurship Education (AAJEE) အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ ဌာနေကိုယ်စားလှယ်ဖြစ်သည်။ ၂ဝဝ၇ ခုနှစ်တွင် Ayarwaddy Chauk Phaya Mekong Sub-Regional Program (ACMECS) ပညာသင်ဆုကိုရရှိခဲ့ပြီး ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ၊ ဘန်ကောက်မြို့ရှိ University of Thai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UTCC) တွင် Global MBA တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။ ၂ဝ၁ဝ တွင် ရရှိခဲ့သော ပညာသင်ဆုမှ အတွေ့အကြုံများကို မြန်မာနို်င်ငံကုန်သည်များနှင့် စက်မှုလက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်းချုပ် (UMFCCI) တွင် ပြန်လည်အသုံးချမျှဝေခဲ့သည်။ ၂ဝ၁၂ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရေလုပ်ငန်းနယ်ပယ်တွင် စတင်လုပ်ကိုင်လျက်ရှိသော နိုင်ငံခြားကုမ္ပဏီတစ်ခုနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းကာ အစိုးရဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် လက်တွဲ၍ ၃နှစ်ကြာမျှ လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ သူမသည် နိုင်ငံရပ်ခြားမှ လေ့လာဆည်းပူးခဲ့သော အသိပညာများနှင့် ယခင်စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းလှုပ်ရှားမှုများမှ အသိပညာများ၊ အတွေ့အကြုံများကို Center of Strategies and International Studies (CSIS) MBA program ၏ သင်တန်းသားများအားလည်း ဝေမျှသင်ကြားပေးခဲ့သည်။ သူမသည် ASEAN Japan Entrepreneurship Association ၏ ဌာနေကို်ယ်စားလှယ်အဖြစ်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပြီး မြန်မာ့အသေးစားနှင့် အလတ်စားစက်မှုလက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် BORN ASEAN စီမံကိန်းအား ဖော်ဆောင်လုပ်ကိုင်လျက်ရှိသည်။ ၂ဝ၁၅ ခုနှစ်တွင် လက်လီလက်ကား ဖြန့်ဖြူးရေးလုပ်ငန်းပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ စိန်ခေါ်ချက်အဖြစ် လျှပ်စစ်နှင့် လျှပ်စစ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပစ္စည်းများ ထုတ်လုပ်ဖြန့်ချီရေးလုပ်ငန်းတွင် အထွေထွေမန်နေဂျာအဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သည်။
