I got the degrees of B.Com (Hons:) (Bachelor of Commerce) and M.Com (Master of Commerce) in 1992 and 1996, from Yangon Institute of Economics. I also got the Diploma in Computer Science (D.C.Sc) in year 2000 from University of Computer Studies (Yangon). In 2007, I was conferred the (M.Sc: Master of Science majoring in Project Management) from University of Greenwich, U.K. In 2012, I got the Ph.D Degree from Yangon Institute of Economics. I had been working as a Lecturing Tutor from 1994 to 2002, as an Assistant Lecture from 2002 to 2006, and as a Lecturer from 2006 to 2012, at the Department of Management Studies, Yangon Institute of Economics. From 2012 to 2014, I had been working as an Associate Professor for the Department of Management Studies, Meiktila Institute of Economics. Starting from 2014, I have been working as a Professor of Department of Management Studies, Yangon University of Economics. I had been also working as a faculty of full-time MBA, executive MBA, and online MBA programs conducted by Yangon University of Economics from 1995 to 2012. Now I am taking the responsibilities to manage these programs at Yangon University of Economics. From 2012 to 2014, I had been working as a faculty of MBA Programs of Meiktila Institute of Economics and University of Mandalay. My specializations in teaching are the subjects of Marketing Research, Marketing Management, Project Management, Creativity and Innovation, General Management, and Strategic Planning. As a teaching staff, I have been contributing to capacity building by lecturing at various private and government organizations
