Dr. Aye Thanda Soe B.Com (Hons.), M.Com, MBA, Ph.D (Commerce) Professor & Head Department of Tourism National Management Degree College Dr. Aye Thanda Soe has been working in Ministry of Education for twenty-four years until now at different positions and different institutions. In November 1995, she joined Yangon University of Economics (YUE), as a Tutor, Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer and Associate Professor at Department of Management Studies. And then, she also worked at Monywa University of Economics (MUE) as Professor and Head of Department at Department of Management Studies and Program Director for Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program for two years from 2016 to 2018. Her current affiliation is Professor, Head of Department at Department of Tourism, National Management Degree College. Dr. Aye Thanda Soe got her first honors degree of Commerce in 1994 and master degree (M.Com) in 1997 from Yangon University of Economics. She also studied her MBA degree, specializing in Finance at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan from 2005 to 2007. She graduated with PhD degree in Commerce from Yangon University of Economics in 2012. Her research areas lie in Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Organization Behavior, Tourism and Entrepreneurship. She also supervised several master theses at MBA program from both YUE and MUE and PhD candidates from MUE until now. She attended several workshops, seminars and conferences held locally and internationally throughout her service years. ဒေါက်တာ အေးသန္တာစိုးသည် ပညာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနတွင် လက်ရှိအချိန်ထိ ၂၄နှစ်ကျော် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေသူတစ်ဦး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ်၊ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုပညာဌာနသို့ ၁၉၉၅ခုနှစ်၊ နိုဝင်ဘာလတွင် စတင်ဝင်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး နည်းပြ၊ လက်ထောက်ကထိက၊ ကထိက၊ တွဲဖက်ပါမောက္ခ စသည့် တာဝန်အသီးသီးကို ထမ်းရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် မုံရွာစီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ပညာဌာန၏ ပါမောက္ခ၊ ဌာနမှူးနှင့် MBA Program Director အဖြစ် ၂၀၁၆ မှ ၂၀၁၈ အထိ ၂ နှစ်တာ ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ လက်ရှိကာလတွင် အမျိုးသား စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုပညာ ဒီဂရီကောလိပ်၊ ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းပညာဌာနတါင် ပါမောက္ခ၊ ဌာနမှူးတာဝန်ဖြင့် ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက် ရှိပါသည်။ ဒေါက်တာအေးသန္တာစိုးသည် ပထမဘွဲ့အနေဖြင့် ဝါဏိဇ္ဖဗေဒဂုဏ်ထူးဘွဲ့ကို ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေး တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ၁၉၉၄ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရရှိခဲ့ပြီး၊ မဟာဝါဏိဇ္ဖဗေဒဂုဏ်ထူးဘွဲ့ကို ၁၉၉၇ ခုနှစ်တွင် ဆက်လက်ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ သူမသည် ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံ Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University မှ ပေးအပ်ချီးမြှင့်သော MBA ဘွဲ့ကိုလည်း ၂၀၀၇ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ သူမ၏ ပါရဂူဘွဲ့ကို ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေး တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရယူခဲ့ပြီးနောက် ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ်နှင့် မုံရွာစီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ် တို့တွင် မဟာတန်းနှင့် ပါရဂူစာတမ်းများကို ကြီးကြပ်သူအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့သူလည်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ပြည်တွင်း၊ ပြည်ပမှ ကျင်းပသော workshops, seminars, conferences များစွာကို တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။ သူမ၏ သုတေသနနယ်ပယ်များမှာ Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Organization Behavior, Tourism and Entrepreneurship တို့ဖြစ်ကြပါသည်။
