Daw Hla Myint is Emeritus Professor, Department of Management Studies at Yangon Institute of Economics. She had served as a Faculty Member of the Department of Commerce and Department of Management Studies at Yangon Institute of Economics for thirty-seven years starting as a Tutor and progress upward to Professor from which she retired. She had also served as a Senior Tutor in the Department of Economics, Defense Services Academy, Pyin Oo Lwin. She is also a Faculty Member/ Principal Academic Advisor of Myanmar Human Resources Co. Ltd, an Academic at Advisor in Myanmar Women Entrepreneurs Association and Consultant cum Senior Trainer in STI Education. She received the Master of Commerce degree from Yangon Institute of Economics. She had attended MA (Economics) specializing in Development Economics at University of Kansas City, Missouri, USA and MBA courses specializing in Management Information System, University of California, Los Angeles, USA. She was awarded the D. Litt degree from Yangon University of Economics in 2015. In addition, she had attended many workshops and seminars both domestic and overseas in pursuit of knowledge and exposure in the areas of economics, business and management. She has authored and edited/co-edited many publications and her major publications include Employers Perception of the Inputs from the Education Sectors for Education Sector Study, UN project and How a Market Economy Works which she translated into Myanmar and produced the script as a reference text in matriculation syllabus. ဒေါ်လှမြင့်သည် ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးဌာန မှ အငြိမ်းစား ပရော်ဖက်ဆာတစ်ဦး ဖြစ်သည်။ သူမသည် ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးဌာန နှင့် ကူးသန်းရောင်းဝယ်ရေးဌာန တို့တွင် မဟာဌာနအဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ် ၃၇ နှစ်တိုင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည်။ ကျုတာအဆင့်မှ စတင်ခဲ့ပြီး အငြိမ်းစာယူသည့် အချိန်တွင် ပရော်ဖက်ဆာအဆင့် အထိ တက်လှမ်းနို်င်ခဲ့သည်။ သူမသည် ပြင်ဦးလွင် ကာကွယ်ရေး သင်တန်းကျောင်း၏ စီးပွားရေးဌာနတွင်လည်း အကြီးတန်းကျုတာအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သည်။ သူမသည် Myanmar Human Resources ကုမ္မဏီ၏ ဌာနအဖွဲ့ဝင်၊ အကြံပေးပညာရှင်၊ မြန်မာအမျိုးသမီး စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်း၏ အကြံပေးပညာရှင်၊ STI Education ၏ အကြံပေးနှင့် အကြီးတန်းသင်ကြားရေးမှူးအဖြစ်လည်း ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိသည်။ သူမသည် ရန်ကုန်တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ကုန်သွယ်ရေးဘာသာရပ် မာစတာဘွဲ့ရရှိခဲ့ပြီး အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံ၊ မစ်ဆူရီ၊ ကန်းဆပ်မြို့ တက္ကသိုလ်မှ စီးပွားရေးဘာသာရပ် အထူးပြု၍ MA (Economics) ၊ အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံ၊ လော့စ်အင်ဂျလိ၊ ကယ်လီဖိုးနီးယားတက္ကသိုလ်မှ သတင်းစီမံစနစ်ဘာသာရပ်အား အထူးပြု၍ MBA အတန်းတို့အား တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။ ၂ဝ၁၅ တွင် ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ် မှ D.Litt ဘွဲ့ချီးမြှင့်ခြင်းခံခဲ့ရသည်။ ထို့အပြင် သူမသည် စီးပွားရေး၊ စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေး နယ်ပယ်အတွေ့အကြုံနှင့် အသိပညာများအတွက် ပြည်တွင်း၊ ပြည်ပမှ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ၊ သင်တန်းများစွာကို တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။ သူမသည် စာရေးသားခြင်း၊ တည်းဖြတ်ခြင်းနှင့် ထုတ်ဝေခြင်း များစွာကိုလည်း ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။ အဓိကထုတ်ဝေခဲ့သောအရာများမှာ UN ပညာရေးကဏ္ဍအတွက် ပရောဂျက်ဖြစ်သော Employers Perception of the Imputs၊ “စျေးကွက်စီးပွားစနစ်အလုပ်လုပ်ပုံ” ဘာသာပြန်၊ နှင့် တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်း သင်ရိုးညွှန်းအဖြစ် အသုံးပြုရန် ကိုးကားစာတမ်းတို့ ဖြစ်သည်။
