Daw Ni Mya Si @ Jenny Lao is the founder and director of Sein Lan Lwin Pyin (Green Pastures) Co.Ltd. She is also the founder and chief consultant of Jenko Education since 2000, providing consultancy for international study options. In 2016, she became a global Master Trainer, license no. (MMR/7/299) for SIYB (Start and Improve Your Business), the international business management system of ILO- Entrepreneurship and SME Support Project. Meanwhile she is the Chief Executive Officer of SIYB MYANMAR. Together with SME Agency, Magway Region, SIYB MYANMAR organized the “Entrepreneur Day- Magway-2018” building a strong network of Entrepreneurs and Trainers through Trade Shows and Business Workshops. Concurrently, she is the Lead Master Trainer and Program Developer/Coordinator for “Coca-Cola “Leht Li” Business Skills Training Program” which is sponsored by Coca-Cola Pinya Beverages Myanmar and recognized by ILO, SME and MMRA, aimed to improve the businesses of retailers and SMEs. She also delivers soft-skill training to develop the capacity of Hluttaw Joint Coordinating Committee, various private companies, students, who, when and wherever requested. ဒေါ်နီမြစီ@ Jenny Lao သည် စိမ်းလန်းလွင်ပြင်ကုမ္ပဏီလီမိတက်၏ တည်ထောင်သူ နှင့် ဒါရိုက်တာဖြစ်ပါသည်။ (၂ဝဝဝ) ခုနှစ်မှ စတင်၍ ယနေ့တိုင် နိုင်ငံတကာပညာရေး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းကို JENKO EDUCATION အမည်ဖြင့် လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိပြီး (၂ဝ၁၆)တွင် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ အလုပ်သမားအဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်မှု နှင့် အသေးစား၊ အလတ်စား စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ တိုးတက်ရေး စီမံကိန်း ၏ နိုင်ငံတကာ စီးပွားရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု နည်းစနစ်ဖြစ်သော “သင်၏ စီးပွားရေးစတင်ခြင်းနှင့် တိုးတက်အောင်ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း အစီအစဉ်” SIYB (Start and Improve Your Business) ၏ နိုင်ငံတကာတရားဝင်လိုင်စင်အမှတ် (MMR/7/299) ရသော ဝါရင့်နည်းပြဖြစ်ပြီး SIYB MYANMAR အသင်း၏ အမှုဆောင်အရာရှိချုပ်လည်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မကွေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီး SME Agency နှင့် SIYB MYANMAR တို့ ပူးပေါင်းကျင်းပသော “စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်သူတို့ ကွန်ယက်ချိတ်ဆက်ပွဲတော်-မကွေး-၂ဝ၁၈” ကို ဦးဆောင် စီစဉ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့ပြင် ကိုကာ-ကိုလာ ပင်းယ၊ မြန်မာမှ ကမကထပြုလုပ်ပြီး ILO-SME-MMRA တို့အသိအမှတ်ပြုသော လက်လီ၊ အသေးစား၊အလတ်စားစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် ကိုကာ-ကိုလာ လက်လီ စီးပွားရေးကျွမ်းကျင်မှု သင်တန်း၏ ဘာသာရပ်များကိုပြုစုသူ၊ ဦးဆောင်ဝါရင့်နည်းပြလည်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ လွှတ်တော်များ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးအဖွဲ့JCC နှင့် ကုမ္မဏီများ၊ ကျောင်းသားများ အတွက် စွမ်းရည်မြှင့်တင်ရေး လက်တွေ့သင်တန်းများကိုလည်း မျှဝေလျက်ရှိပါသည်။ JENKO Group of Companies ကို (၂ဝဝဝ) ခုနှစ်တွင် တည်ထောင်ပြီး နိုင်ငံတကာ ပညာရေးအတိုင်ပင်ခံအဖြစ်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးခဲ့သည်။ မလေးရှားအဆင့်မြင့်ပညာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ၊ မလေးရှားခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းဝန်ကြီးဌာန နှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မလေးရှားသံရုံးတို့ အသိအမှတ်ပြု ပညာရေးအတိုင်ပင်ခံနှင့် မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံတော်ပွဲများကိုစီစဉ်သူအဖြစ် အသိအမှတ်ပြုခံရသည်။ (၂ဝ၁၆) တွင် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ အလုပ်သမား အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ နိုင်ငံတကာ)ရ ဝါရင့်သင်တန်းနည်းပြဖြစ်ခဲ့ပြီး သင်တန်းဆရာများမွေးထုတ်ပြီးပြုစုပျိုးထောင်ခြင်း၊ စီးပွားရေးစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုနည်းစနစ်လိုအပ်နေသော စီးပွားရေးစတင်လိုသူများနှင့် လက်ရှိစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများပိုမိုတိုးတက်လိုသူလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များကိုလက်တွေ့သင်တန်းများကို မြန်မာပြည်အနှံ့မျှဝေခဲ့သည်။
