Dr.Zin Wai Maw earns her Bachelor degree(M.B.B.S) from Institute of Medicine- (1) and continuously learned on business administration after graduation. After getting the Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Assumption University in Thailand, she has been continuously learning on organizational development(OD) subject for her PhD degree. Meanwhile, she is the director of HR and OD position at Myanmar Advantage Company Limited and also working as a part-time lecturer in Management Institutes. Currently, she has worked as a part-time HR and OD consultant for some SMEs in Myanmar. ဒေါက်တာ ဇင်ဝေမော်သည် ဆေးတက္ကသိုလ် (၁) ရန်ကုန် မှ MBBS ဘွဲ့ ရရှိပြီးနောက် စီးပွားရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ဘာသာရပ်အား စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် လေ့လာ သင်ယူခဲ့ပါသည်။ စီးပွားရေး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး Master of Business Administration (MBA) ဘွဲ့အား ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ Assumption University မှ ရရှိပြီးနောက် Organization Development (OD) ဘာသာရပ်အား PhD ဘွဲ့အတွက် လေ့လာ ဆည်းပူးလျှက် ရှိပါသည်။ ယခုအခါတွင် Myanmar Advantage Company Limited တွင် Director of HR and OD ရာထူးဖြင့် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်လျှက် ရှိပြီး စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု ပညာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာ ပညာရေး အေဖွဲ့အစည်းများတွင် အချိန်ပိုင်း သင်ကြားပို့ချပေးလျက် ရှိပါသည်။သူမသည် ယခုလက်ရှိတွင် မြန်မာပြည်ရှိ အသေးစား အလတ်စား စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် HR and ODနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော ကိစ္စရပ်များအား အချိန်ပိုင်း အကြံပေး အဖြစ်ဖြင့် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်လျှက် ရှိပါသည်။
