U Naw Mai is currently working as freelance training facilitator for federalism and civic education. He earned bachelor degree of computer technology from University of Computer Studies, Yangon in 2005. In 2002, he also got a diploma of mechatronic engineering from Technological University, Hmawbi. He attended many TOT trainings for civic education, voter education and federalism. He also attended seminar for Moderation: facilitation and program design of International Academy for Leadership (IAF), Germany in 2017. From 2005 to 2012, he worked as trainer of computer skills training. Since 2013, much of his work concerned with conducting the civic education trainings and facilitating federalism workshops across Myanmar. He is interested in federalism, decentralization, rule of law, constitutional reform and peace dialogue. He is now sharing his knowledge among multilevel stakeholders such as candidates, different political party members, various civil society organizations members and general voters. ဆရာနော်မိုင်သည် ယခုအချိန်တွင် ဖက်ဒရယ်စနစ်ဆိုင်ရာ၊ ပြည်သူ့နီတိပညာပေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အလွတ်တန်းသင်တန်းနည်းပြအဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ သူသည် ရန်ကုန်ကွန်ပျူတာတက္ကသိုလ်မှ ကွန်ပျူတာနည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ သိပ္ပံဘွဲ့ကို ၂၀၀၅ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရရှိခဲ့သလို လျှပ်စစ်စက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ ဒီပလိုမာကိုလည်း မှောဘီနည်းပညာတက္ကသိုလ်မှ ၂၀၀၂ခုနှစ်တွင်ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ သူသည် ပြည်သူ့နီတိပညာပေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ၊ မဲဆန္ဒရှင် အသိပညာပေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ၊ ဖက်ဒရယ်စနစ်ဆိုင်ရာ ဆရာဖြစ်သင်တန်းများစွာကိုလည်း တက်ရောက်ပြီးစီးခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် ဂျာမနီနိုင်ငံ International Leadership Academy (IAF) တွင်လည်း သင်တန်းပံ့ပိုးကူညီခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ရက်တိုသင်တန်းကိုလည်း တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ၂၀၀၅ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ်အတွင်း ကွန်ပျူတာကျွမ်းကျင်မှုဆိုင်ရာ သင်တန်းနည်းပြအဖြစ်လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀၁၃ မှ စတင်ကာ ပြည်သူ့နီတိဆိုင်ရာ အသိပညာပေးသင်တန်းများပေးခြင်း၊ ၂၀၁၅ အထွေထွေရွေးကောက်ပွဲနှင့် ကြားဖြတ်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲများတွင် မဲဆန္ဒရှင်အသိပညာပေးသင်တန်းများပေးခြင်း၊ ဖက်ဒရယ်စနစ်ဆိုင်ရာ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲများကျင်းပခြင်းများကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနှံ့တွင် များစွာပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သူသည် ဖက်ဒရယ်စနစ်နှင့် ဗဟိုချုပ်ကိုင်မှုလျှော့ချခြင်း၊ တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊ အခြေခံဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရေးနှင့် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး ဆွေးနွေးမှုဆိုင်ရာများကို စိတ်ဝင်တစားလေ့လာသူတစ်ဦးဖြစ်သလို သူရရှိထားသော ဗဟုသုတ အသိအမြင်များကို အမျိုးမျိုးသော လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းများဖြစ်သည့် နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများ၊ အရပ်ဘက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် မဲဆန္ဒရှင်များအကြား ဖြန့်ဝေဆွေးနွေးပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
