Aung Naing Maw is working as Assistant Project Manager and Senior Trainer at the Paññā Institute since 2016. He hold the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) and Diploma in Research Studies from the Yangon Institute of Economics. He studied the Foundation for Open Society Course in International Academy of Leadership (Germany) and Women, Peace and Security (UNSCR: 1325) Course in Stockholm (Sweden, 2016). He is one of the Alumni of International Academy of Leadership (Germany). He was emphasized the previous seven years in Civic Education and Voter Education for Public Empowerment since 2012. He was especially interested in federalism, public policy, environment, gender and leadership and he is also sharing about this knowledge to the different people such as political parties members, different Civil Society Organization and grass-root people. He was actively participate in Civic Engagement. ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ်မှစတင်ပြီး ပြည်သူ့လူထုအသိပညာပေးသူ (Civic Educator) တစ်ဦးအဖြစ် အရပ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ နိုင်ငံရေးအသိပညာပေးသင်တန်းများတွင် ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင် ဆောင်ရွက် လျက်ရှိ ပါသည်။ ၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ်တွင်Empowering Democratic Change Agent စီမံကိန်းတွင် သင်ရိုး ညွှန်းတမ်း ပြုစုသူတစ်ဦးအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ယခုအခါ ပညာအင်စတီကျုတွင် လက်ထောက်စီမံကိန်း မန်နေဂျာ တစ်ဦးအဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူ ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ကိုအောင်နိုင်မော်သည် ပြည်သူလူထုအသိပညာပေးခြင်းကို ဆောင်ရွက်နေသူတစ်ဦး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကိုအောင်နိုင်မော်သည် ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ်မှ စတင်၍ ပြည်သူလူထုအသိပညာပေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ မျှဝေခြင်းသင်တန်းများကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနှံ့အပြားတွင် မျှဝေလျက်ရှိသည်မှာ ယနေ့အထိ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ပညာအရည်အချင်း - ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေး တက္ကသိုလ်မှ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုပညာဘွဲဲ့ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်တွင် Myanmar Institute of Gender Studies မှ Diploma in Gender Studies ကိုလည်းကောင်း ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် ဂျာမနီနိုင်ငံ နိုင်ငံတကာ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအကယ်ဒမီ (IAF) မှ “Foundation for Open Society: Individual Self Determination and Tolerance” သင်တန်းကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ ၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်တွင် ဆွီဒင်နိုင်ငံ စတော့ဟုမ်းတွင် Swedish Development Agency နှင့် Indevelop တို့မှ ပူးပေါင်းစီစဉ်ဖွင့်လှစ်သည့် “အမျိုးသမီး၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေး” ဆိုင်ရာဘာသာရပ်ကိုလည်းကောင်း တက်ရောက်လေ့လာဆည်းပူးခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဒီမိုကရေစီ၊ ဖက်ဒရယ်လစ်ဇင်၊ ဂျန်ဒါ ကျား-မတန်းတူညီမျှမှု ၊ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှု ဘာသာရပ်များကို အထူးပြုသင်ကြားပို့ချပေးလျက် ရှိပါသည်။
